Helping Hands of Celina, Texas
is a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to supporting students in the Celina Independent School District.
Our mission is to remove everyday barriers that may stand in the way of a student’s success and sense of belonging. Through generous community donations and support, we provide two key programs:
Campus Closets – Located on every CISD school campus, these closets provide clothing, shoes, and hygiene items to students in need. Stocked and maintained by Helping Hands, each closet offers a fun and dignified shopping experience that empowers students to choose what they need while preserving confidence and self-respect.
Milestones Matter: The Jennifer Cawlfield Legacy Fund – Created in honor of our beloved Co-Founder Jennifer Cawlfield, this fund ensures students can participate in meaningful school milestones — from attending camp and prom to receiving yearbooks and graduation caps and gowns — regardless of financial circumstances. Because no student should ever miss out on the moments that matter.
Helping Hands of Celina serves low-income, at-risk, and underserved students across the district. With the support of our community, we strive to ensure that all students can focus on what matters most — staying in school, feeling included, and not just surviving, but thriving.
