Wendie Wigginton

Wendie Wigginton is a licensed attorney and member in good standing of the Texas and California Bars and serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Raytheon Technologies (RTX) in McKinney, Texas where she has worked since 2014. Prior to that Wendie served in several legal positions across the Aerospace Industry and in law firms for more than 20 years. Wendie formerly served as a member of the Celina City Council where she served two terms (2020-2026). Wendie holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego with an emphasis in International Legal Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from University of Phoenix. Wendie also holds master’s certificates in Commercial and Government accounting from Villanova University. Wendie lives in Celina, Texas with her husband Corey, and her son Trevor (22). Wendie is a mom to three boys and grandmother of two girls. Wendie and her family moved to Celina from San Diego in 2014 to pursue a career opportunity with Raytheon. Prior to coming to Celina, both Wendie and her family were born and raised in San Diego. Wendie has worked previously with several philanthropic organizations including Ronald McDonald House of San Diego, Ladies Who Bingo, Collin County Boys and Girls Club, Young Men’s Service League, Meals on Wheels and Manegait. She also does Pro Bono work with the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) where she leads a team of attorneys responsible for helping Veterans work to gain access to VA medical and educational benefits. In her spare time Wendie enjoys traveling all over the world with her family and friends. She also enjoys photography and anything to do with her family, including her two granddaughters and three dogs. She has visited all 50 states and more than 40 countries and is always looking forward to her next adventure.
